Look down the sides, across the bonnet and boot, there are no noticeable dings, its a very good looking example. Obviously common problem areas on these cars for rust can be the front wings, wheel arches etc, here theres none to be found. The interior is in excellent original shape, Cream leather complimented by wood trim. The carpets are protected by the original Mercedes over mats, so its all in excellent shape. As you can see from the breakdown of the service history below, this car has always been maintained correctly, no less than 24 service stamps. These classic coupes are very usable cars, this one has always been in regular use, in fact its always covered several thousand miles each year, including trips to France by the previous owner. This example only came up for sale to make way for a classic VW camper project that needed space in the garage. The 230 CE comes with a 2.3 engine combined with an automatic gearbox. This combination offers plenty of smooth power whilst. The fact you can open all the windows gives a lovely pillar-less look, its a very nice place to drive from, gives a very spacious and airy feel.
