The build quality of these E46 compacts feel a massive step up from earlier compacts based on the E36, if you have been in a later E46 coupe the interior will look and feel very familiar. The immaculate Black leather interior is in lovely unworn condition throughout, fully loaded and everything works as it should. This model is comes with the later 4.4 V8 engine combined with the automatic / sequential sports gearbox. If you haven't driven a BMW with the later 4.4 V8 you need to, as its one of the best engines BMW have produced. Its perfectly smooth and comes with instance response and power when needed. Its very quite in normal use but sounds delightful with that V8 roar when pushed, its very addictive !
